Cycling
Edale is an obvious atraction for Cyclist / Mountain bikers at all levels.
There are several excellent circuits for the bikers starting and finishing in the valley. One typical circuit is to cycle around Win Hill, which guards the Eastern entrance to Edale alley, taking in the Roam road past Hope Cross and traversing down the western side of Ladybower reservoir
Another popular circuit is to take the old bridle path over Jacob's Ladder to Hayfield and return via the bridle path which passed Mount Famine and Rushup Edge.
